The training is kept simple and is suitable for people with no prior experience.

It can take place one-to-one or as a group.

I work independently in the field of mindfulness and teach people simple exercises for everyday life.

The way I teach mindfulness follows a psychologically informed approach drawn from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, in which mindfulness plays a central role.

For me, mindfulness is not just a method or technique. It is a core value that fascinates me and guides me in everyday life.
